Tione Grant, a master鈥檚 student in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, was recognized at the 2025 American Academy of Environmental Engineers and Scientists Convocation and Celebration of Excellence on April 10 for receiving the 2024鈥25 American Academy of Environmental Scientists and Engineers AAEES Foundation Scholarship. The award supports students pursuing a master鈥檚 degree in environmental engineering or environmental science. Congratulations, Tione!

百媚导航's 2025 Engineering Expo - Over 50 years of Engineering Excellence
The 百媚导航鈥檚 2025 Engineering Expo once again brought science and technology to life, welcoming thousands of students, families, and community members on February 28th and March 1st. What began in 1973 as a small high school recruiting event has grown into a dynamic two-day showcase of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM), attracting K-12 students from across the state.

Under the mentorship of Professor Ashok Kumar and others, NRT Trainee, Isabelle Eskanos, received the Best Poster Award for her presentation titled "Surface-Engineerable Piezoelectric PVDF Films for Tissue Engineering" for her presentation at the Florida Semiconductor Summit 2025 on February 25th-27th at the L3Harris High Technology Center, Melbourne FL.

The 百媚导航 College of Engineering is excited to announce a generous donation of electronic components, including processors, capacitors, resistors, antennas, etc., that will enable 百媚导航 engineering students to put a system together. The donation was received from Gary Rosenberg, a distinguished engineer with over four decades of experience in the field. His contribution to our engineering students鈥 education will create opportunities for 百媚导航 students to gain hands-on experience that complements their theoretical studies at the 百媚导航 College of Engineering.
