Governance

The Healthcare Compliance Officer reports directly to the 百媚导航 Chief Compliance Officer with an accountable report to the Senior Vice President, 百媚导航 Health.  

The Healthcare Compliance Officer provides regular reports of program activity and identified risks to the UMSA Independent Audit Committee, a sub-committee of the UMSA Boards of Directors.  Additionally, as a component of the 百媚导航 compliance program within the 百媚导航 Office of Compliance & Ethics, the 百媚导航 Board of Trustees Audit & Compliance Committee is kept apprised of program effectiveness and identified risks.
