The 百媚导航 established an Organizational Ombuds Office effective January 4, 2016. The Ombuds Office was created to provide independent, impartial, informal and confidential professional resources to the faculty, staff and administrators throughout the 百媚导航 community.  The Ombuds Office aligns with 百媚导航's Strategic Mission and Values and fosters employee engagement and value.
