Personal Self-Defense Class

百媚导航 Police Department offers personal self-defense courses for the 百媚导航 Coummunity. The class is taught by 百媚导航 Police Officers and staff, and is not a Martial Arts program. 

Students who participate in the program will learn physical tactics and verbal techniques and ground defense. The techniques taught in this class are designed to maximize confidence and build on intstictive responses to potentially vulnerable situations.
