About the Fund
Overview
°ÙÃĵ¼º½ is seeking your help to reduce our campuses' carbon footprint and make them more environmentally friendly and sustainable.
Currently enrolled students, faculty, and staff are invited to turn their green ideas – small or large – into formal proposals for outcome-driven projects to help our campuses conserve energy, reduce energy costs, lower greenhouse gas emissions, and promote renewable energy technologies.
If you have an idea, submit a proposal! If your proposal meets the Student Green Energy Fund (SGEF) criteria and is feasible, it could be funded for implementation under your leadership. How is that for building a legacy at your university, and adding a nice addition to your resume?!
Explore this site and be inspired by the successful °ÙÃĵ¼º½ projects that started as an idea and became reality, and then use the resources and information
provided to develop and submit your proposal to make a difference on one or all of
our campuses!
Other Campuses' Initiatives
Both the St. Petersburg and Sarasota-Manatee campuses have similar but separate initiatives from the Tampa campus. More information can be found on their websites:
